趙華章


   入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計劃”(2010年)、北京市“科技新星計劃”(2007年),獲教育部科技進步一等獎等省部級獎勵3項。主持國家自然科學基金、“十一五”科技支撐子課題等共10項,作為主要研究骨干參加國家863課題、國家自然科學基金等10余項。已在國內外期刊上發表論文80余篇,其中SCI收錄40余篇(被SCI他引400余次,h因子12),EI收錄40余篇,在環境領域頂級期刊ES&T上發表5篇。獲授權專利9項。

主要從事水質凈化理論與技術、水處理過程化學、環境工程功能材料方面的教學科研工作,包括:(1)絮凝相關的飲用水和廢水處理技術開發和材料研制(化學絮凝、電絮凝、零價鐵等技術;新型絮凝劑、脫水劑、破乳劑、固化劑等材料);(2)新型電極制備和基于微生物燃料電池的水處理技術開發(除砷、氟、磷、氮和還原轉化CO2等);(3)“生物-物化”組合水處理工藝開發和應用。

開發的主要技術和產品 
1. 共價鍵型無機-有機復合絮凝劑研究組長期從事新型絮凝劑開發和應用研究,最近開發了共價鍵型無機-有機復合絮凝劑。這種絮凝劑是在傳統金屬鹽絮凝劑、有機高分子絮凝劑、無機高分子絮凝劑、無機復合絮凝劑、無機-有機復合絮凝劑(這些絮凝劑主要去除膠體污染物)基礎上發展而來的新一代絮凝劑。它區別于其他絮凝劑的最大特點是其無機組分和有機組分是通過硅烷偶聯劑以共價鍵結合在一起的,因而可充分發揮無機絮凝劑和有機絮凝劑的優點。此絮凝劑不僅能高效去除其他絮凝劑可去除的膠體顆粒物、磷、氟、砷等,還可以高效去除分子量小于500的高度溶解的天然有機物(NOM)、污水有機物(EfOM)或溶解性微生物產物(SMP)、藥品和個人護理品(PPCPs)、內分泌干擾物(EDCs)、持久性有機污染物(POPs)等。研究證明通過絮凝劑形態調控和結構定制可在傳統絮凝理論和實踐方面實現突破。 
2. 固化劑以自然界中具有活性的多種天然礦物中間體制備而成,可用于水處理絮凝過程產生的污泥、疏浚污泥、工業污泥、重金屬污染污泥或土壤、PCB污染污泥或土壤、焚燒灰、河道湖泊底泥等的固化。通過礦物中間體與污染物質之間發生的離子交換、吸附、分解反應以及礦物中間體之間發生的凝聚、結晶化、固溶體形成反應等達到污染物固化和穩定化的目的。固化劑采用天然礦物質原料,廉價、安全。固化過程操作簡單,只需在具有一定含水率的條件下加入固化劑攪拌后養生即可。固化后污染物不易溶出,并可有效消除異味。采用該方法可對污泥或污染土壤進行原位固化或修復,也可進行異位固化,固化物可作為道路基材進行再利用。 
3. 基于“絮凝-固化”的廢水或膜濃縮液深度處理技術含難降解污染物的廢水(如化工廢水、垃圾滲濾液等)在生物處理后通常難以達標排放,采用納濾或反滲透進一步處理可達標排放但又產生了大量難以處理的膜濃縮液。研究組開發了基于“絮凝-固化”的廢水或膜濃縮液深度處理技術,利用自我研發的共價鍵型無機-有機復合絮凝劑和固化劑使廢水或膜濃縮液達標排放。產生的污泥經半脫水固化后進企業鍋爐焚燒,或完全固化、養生后作為道路基材或直接填埋。 
4. 高濃度難降解有機廢水處理技術高濃度難降解有機廢水除了含有高濃度COD,還可能含有高濃度的對生物活性有抑制作用的物質,包括一些有毒有害的有機物、硫酸鹽、氨氮、硝酸鹽等。研究組開發了“改進型兩相厭氧”技術,在兩相厭氧中插入脫毒單元以提高厭氧過程對有機物的去除效果;開發了“零價鐵生物濾池”技術,提高了難降解有機物和氮的脫除效率。通過對“改進型兩相厭氧”和“零價鐵生物濾池”的嵌套和優化,實現了高濃度難降解有機廢水的高效處理。“改進型兩相厭氧-零價鐵生物濾池”工藝在南水北調中線水源區黃姜加工污染治理工程中發揮了重要作用。 
5. 基于道南滲析的飲用水凈化設備基于道南滲析原理,開發了分散式飲用水凈化設備。該設備以電化學勢差為推動力,以食鹽作為唯一驅動物質,可有效去除水中砷、氟、硝酸鹽和高氯酸鹽等有害物質。含有砷、氟、硝酸鹽或高氯酸鹽的地下水經處理后各項指標均能滿足生活飲水衛生標準(GB5749–2006)的要求,每升水處理費用不足0.006元。該設備避免了反滲透等傳統膜技術中復雜的預處理環節以及嚴重的膜污染現象,具有設備簡單、操作簡便、成本低廉、運行穩定、易于維護、受水質影響小等優點,適于在欠發達地區推廣使用。

Research Interests
  1. (1)  Physicochemical technology (chemical coagulation, electrocoagulation, zero-valent iron, etc.) to remove Fluoride, Arsenic, Phosphorus, Dissolved Organic Matters from water and wastewater.
  2. (2)  Materials for water, wastewater and sludge treatment: coagulant, flocculant, dewatering agent, demulsifier, cementation powder, etc. Developing covalently bound inorganic and organic hybrid coagulants to remove the dissolved organic matters (MW<500) from water.
  3. (3)  Novel bioelectrode and microbial-fuel-cell based water treatment process for Fluoride, Arsenic, Phosphorus, Nitrogen and CO(reduction and transformation) removal.
  4. (4)  Combined physicochemical and biological processes for high-strength refractory wastewater treatment.
A Brief Introduction to Teaching and Research
Dr. Huazhang Zhao has published more than 80 peer-reviewed paperssupported by the Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University of Ministry of Education of China (2010) and the Program of Beijing Nova of Science and Technology (2007). He got the P&G Teaching Award (2008) and Award for Excellent Young Teacher of Peking University (2009). He is responsible for two compulsory courses for undergraduate students (Water Treatment Engineering, Environmental Engineering Experiments) and one basic course for graduate students (Process Chemistry for Water and Wastewater Treatment). (>40 cited by SCI, >40 cited by EI, and 5 published on ES&T) and gained 9 authorized patents of invention. He has been responsible for 10 research projects granted by Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation (NSFC) of China, etc. As a key investigator, he has taken part in more than 10 research projects including National 863 Project, NSFC programs. He received numerous prestigious awards such as Science and Technology Development Award by Education Ministry (2007) and by Shandong Province (2002), and Award for Excellent Scientific Researcher of Colleges and Universities (2001) of China.
