潘智生，博士，香港理工大學土木及結構工程系教授, 香港理工大學環境科技與管理研究中心主任， 香港政府環境咨詢促進會執行委員。
他于1982年在英國紐卡素大學取得工程學士學位, 1985年在英國帝國理工學院取得博士學位, 隨后在牛津大學做博士后研究工作。1989年回到香港后, 潘智生教授進入香港政府環境保護署工作。1992年至今先后擔任香港理工大學講師,副教授，教授。
在香港理工大學, 潘智生教授除了擔任繁重的教學工作之外，科學研究工作取得了卓著的成果. 在國際著名的學術刊物上發表論文120余篇。取得中國和香港發明專利8項。 2006年獲香港環保建筑科技大獎優異獎。 |
