成慶利，女，漢族，1971年6月生，河南沁陽縣人，群眾。
研究生學歷，理學碩士學位，副教授，環境工程專業。
研究方向：河流及沉積物污染監測及評價、河流濕地生態系統監測及健康評價、固體廢棄物資源化。
個人學習經歷：
2012.9-至今 于中國科學院成都生物所攻讀環境工程學理學博士學位；
1999.9-2002.7于河南農業大學微生物學專業，獲得碩士學位；
1989.9-1993.7于河南農業大學應用微生物學專業，獲得學士學位
