張亞非,男,漢族,教授/博士,亞太材料科學院院士,長江學者特聘教授,SCI期刊《Nano-Micro Letters》主編,薄膜與微細技術教育部重點實驗室主任,上海市領軍人才,優秀留學回國人員。發表SCI學術論文200多篇,被引用4000余次,其中多篇被選為封面論文,撰寫高影響力的專業著作: 已獲授權國際發明專利2項,中國發明專利51項,已轉讓和授權專利多項,承擔和完成973、863、國家自然科學金重點項目等,曾獲2014年上海市自然科學二等獎、上海市優秀博士論文導師;2011年上海市發明金獎;2010年國家百篇優秀博士論文導師;2007年中國教育部自然科學獎二等獎; 2005年國家自然科學二等獎。
研究方向:納米材料、器件與加工技術等
招收具有電子科學與技術、材料、生物、物理、機械電子、化學等背景的碩士和博士研究生、博士后。

Prof. Dr. Yafei Zhang is the Chang Jiang Chair Professor of the Department of Miro/Nano Electronics, School of Electronics, Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He was obtained his S.B., S.M. and Ph.D. degrees in semiconductor physics and devices from Lanzhou University in 1994.
Zhang is the Editor-in-Chief of Nano-Micro Letters, Academician of Asia Pacific Academy of Materials, and Senior Member of IEEE. He has authored 234 papers (Totally Cited by 7007, h-index 43), 4 books and over 40 authorized patents. He has been invited to deliver 20 invited keynote speeches in international conferences or institutions.
