中國科學院生態環境研究中心副主任、研究員,國家杰出青年基金獲得者,環境水質學國家重點實驗室水質凈化組組長。擔任Water & Ecology執行主編,《環境工程學報》青年編委會主席。2006年在生態環境研究中心獲環境工程博士學位,師從曲久輝院士。主要從事水處理膜分離、電化學水處理與資源化、水環境模擬與生態修復的基礎理論與工程技術。近年來主持重點研發計劃項目、杰出青年基金、中科院0到1基礎前沿項目等國家縱向和企業橫向項目近30項。在Sci. Adv.、Nat. Commun.、JACS.、Environ. Sci. Technol.等頂級期刊發表論文150余篇;相關技術獲授權發明專利42項,技術成果在70余個水處理工程中成功應用。歷年榮獲國家技術發明二等獎、北京市科技進步一等獎、中國專利優秀獎、中國環保產業協會環境技術進步一等獎、中國城鎮供水排水協會科學技術特等獎。
