Stefan Rummel—Managing Director, Messe München
Stefan Rummel, born in Heidelberg on June 24, 1977, is an entrepreneurial thinking and acting senior executive with more than 15 years of international experience in the media, entertainment and trade fair industry.
Rummel joined the Management Board of Messe München in January 2015 and oversees the company's capital goods fairs worldwide, i.e. bauma, IFAT, EXPO REAL, transport logistic and ceramitec. He is in charge of the company's foreign activities, the Mergers & Acquisitions Department and the company's Central Division IT.
Stefan Rummel joined Messe München in 2010 where he oversaw the Central Division Corporate Strategy. As Chief Strategy Officer, he has played a major role in shaping Messe München during the last few years. Until the end of 2014, he also served as Managing Director of the subsidiary MEPLAN GmbH.
Before joining Messe München, Rummel worked at the Bertelsmann Music Group, Horváth and Partners and the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (sce) in Munich.
Rummel studied in Munich, Wiesbaden and New York. He holds a Master’s degree in business management with a concentration in entrepreneurship and innovation.

慕尼黑博覽集團 董事總經理
路蒙爾先生于2015年1月加入慕尼黑博覽集團董事會，并負責企業資本貨物業務全球版塊的展會，例如：國際工程機械、建材機械、工程車輛及設備博覽會（bauma），德國慕尼黑國際環保能源和資源綜合利用博覽會（IFAT），國際商業地產及投資專業博覽會（EXPO REAL），慕尼黑國際物流、交通運輸、運程信息處理博覽會（transport logistic）和德國慕尼黑國際陶瓷工業博覽會（ceramitec）。同時，他還負責管理企業海外業務、并購部門與核心IT部門。
2010年，路蒙爾先生加入慕尼黑博覽集團，負責核心企業戰略部門。作為首席戰略官，他在過去幾年打造集團品牌的過程中扮演了極為重要的角色。至2014年底，他還兼任了集團子公司MEPLAN GmbH的董事總經理一職。
在加入慕尼黑博覽集團之前，路蒙爾先生先后任職于德國貝塔斯曼音樂集團、Horváth and Partners有限公司和Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (sce)有限公司。
路蒙爾先生曾在德國慕尼黑市、德國威斯巴登市和美國紐約市學習，并取得工商管理與創新碩士學位。
