張晉，工學博士，主要從事雨水“水質”及“水量”問題的綜合管理研究，對顆粒吸附態污染物在城市匯水面上的時間累積，空間分布，污染物溯源分析，生態毒理評價，以及基于人工智能的水質模型優化與預測研究等方面進行了較為系統和深入的研究。
