中茂建筑規劃設計有限公司是由香港、深圳、上海等地知名建筑設計企業重組而成的股份制公司。公司持有國家住房和城鄉建設部頒發的建筑行業（建筑工程）乙級設計證書（證書號：A241030153）并通過 ISO9001質量管理體系認證。
公司現有設計人員約120名，其中國家一級注冊建筑師2名，國家一級注冊結構工程師2名，國家一級注冊設備工程師3名。公司內設城市規劃、建筑設計、鋼結構設計、加固改造、機電、給排水、暖通、室內、園林景觀工程經濟等專業，技術工種齊全。公司主要設計人員均畢業于國內外著名院校，擁有豐富的設計實踐經驗。
公司成立以來，在全國各地承建了眾多的建筑與規劃項目，工程類型豐富，許多作品已建成并投入使用，受到業主的廣泛好評。
