彭州市填埋場滲濾液處理系統的恢復運行調試研究

摘要：彭州市垃圾填埋場為了實現滲濾液處理組合工藝“SBR+混凝沉淀”系統的快速恢復運行,減輕滲濾液與生活污水合并處理對污水廠造成的沖擊,采用接種城市污水處理廠活性污泥的方法,先馴化污泥再進行工藝調試.結果表明,系統經恢復調試后運行穩定,對滲濾液中COD、氨氮、SS的去除率分別達到(71.6％～76.7％)、(59.4％～60.5％)、(59.5％～88.9％),處理費用為6.9元/m3,但不能達標排放.通過實驗室小試驗證,在SBR生化處理前降低氨氮濃度將使組合工藝處理出水水質達到《生活垃圾填埋污染控制標準》(GB 16889-1997)的三級排放標準.
